01 use the form to search for your info. you can use your ID, or a combination of your name or country or email address
02 you'll get a list of search results. select your info
03 edit all information you want to change and submit
04 you'll be moved back to 'pending members', you're NOT deleted
05 you'll be notified when you're added again
